Job Description: Business Development ExecutiveWe are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to drive new customer acquisition and wallet top-ups. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint by engaging directly with potential customers through canopy setups, door-to-door activities, and society activations.Achieve daily targets for new customer acquisition and wallet top-ups.Set up canopies/standees at Reliance stores and in gated societies to promote onboarding.Clearly communicate Milkbasket’s value proposition versus other services in the market.Conduct door-to-door activities to engage potential customers directly.Track and report daily/weekly onboarding performance and aim to exceed targets consistently.Build and maintain positive relationships with society management for smooth activations.Gather and relay customer feedback and on-ground challenges for continuous improvement.Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and display excellent interpersonal skills.Have good knowledge of the city’s topography and effectively plan routes.Communicate effectively in the regional/local language and English/Hindi as needed.Skills: Strong sales and customer engagement abilities, persuasive communication, self-motivation, negotiation, planning, and local area knowledge. Other details: Educational Background: 12th PassExperience: 6 months to 1+ years Must have prior experience in Sales or Business DevelopmentCTC: As per company normsBase Location: Chennai (Multiple Outlets)Workweek: 6 days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as mandatory working days)Probation period: 3 monthsDate of Joining: Immediate Outcome:Attractive performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with a fast-growing, tech-enabled grocery delivery platformOn-ground exposure to B2C customer engagementCareer progression opportunities within the business development team
