We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. Your role will significantly contribute to shaping the future of our organization and creating impactful solutions for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential clients within the fintech, banking, and retail loan sectors.Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored financial solutions that meet client needs.Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness.Track and report on sales performance metrics and client feedback to management.Required and Preferred QualificationsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass.Proven sales experience in fintech, banking, insurance, telecom, or related fields.Strong understanding of retail loans, financial products, and market dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.Prior experience in business development or sales is preferred.As a Business Development Executive, you will be part of a diverse and collaborative team that values creativity and innovation.
