In this role, you will have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and sales performance, contributing to our brand’s reputation and success.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their jewelry needs and provide personalized recommendations.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product lines and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.Manage inventory levels and assist in merchandise displays to enhance customer experience in-store.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and sales initiatives.Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or jewelry sales.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.We offer a vibrant team structure where collaboration is key.
