In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to bridge the gap between our financial services and those who need them.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our offerings and understanding their financial needs.Provide clear and concise information about loan products, services, and current promotions.Engage in active problem-solving to address client inquiries and concerns effectively.Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts.Manage your time effectively to meet daily call targets and contribute to team goals.Follow up on interested leads and keep them informed about their application status.Required and preferred qualificationsEducation: Minimum of a 12th-grade certificate.Skills: Strong communication skills, effective problem solving, and exceptional time management abilities.Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.Our team consists of dedicated professionals who continually strive to make a difference in our customers' lives through innovative financial solutions.
