We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SAP Manufacturing & MES Integration Lead to join our team in the pharmaceutical sector. This full-time position is based in Irvine, California, and plays a crucial role in driving integrated manufacturing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. As a vital member of our organization, you will help shape the future of our manufacturing landscape, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the integration of SAP S4HANA with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and quality assurance to align manufacturing processes with business objectives.Provide technical leadership and guidance for the implementation of SAP solutions in the manufacturing domain.Analyze current systems and processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement through technology integration.Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets related to SAP and MES implementations, ensuring successful project delivery.Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of new systems and processes.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to evaluate the success of integration efforts and recommend adjustments as necessary.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with SAP S4HANA, particularly in manufacturing and MES integration projects.Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Relevant industry-standard certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP integration or related IT roles within the pharmaceutical sector.We foster a dynamic and inclusive company culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
