With a warm and inclusive work environment, our company is committed to fostering innovation and growth, making an impact in the industry through excellence in craftsmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-quality components.Perform CNC programming to set up and execute machining tasks based on specifications.Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.Carry out routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot machines to minimize downtime.Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.Maintain accurate documentation of production metrics and machine performance.Participate in project discussions to implement new technologies and improve production workflows.Required and preferred qualificationsDiploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.Proven experience with CNC programming and operation of VMC machinery, preferably 2-5 years.Strong knowledge of quality control processes and machine maintenance techniques.Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and various machining tools.Industry-standard certifications related to CNC machining are preferred.You will be an integral part of a supportive team structure that emphasizes collaboration and knowledge sharing.
