We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our dedicated team in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various architectural projects that impact the community positively and shape our built environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design development of architectural projects, ensuring an innovative and aesthetically pleasing outcome.Create detailed 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD and other architectural design tools.Participate in project meetings, collaborating with senior architects and other team members to gather project requirements and feedback.Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, showcasing design concepts and project progress.Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards throughout the design process.Support project management activities, including scheduling timelines and tracking progress against deliverables.Enhance communication within the team by contributing to briefing sessions and sharing ideas and insights for design improvements.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Proficiency in design and 3D modeling software, particularly AutoCAD and similar tools.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.Familiarity with building codes and sustainability practices.Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.Preferred intern or practical experience in architectural design or related projects.Our Junior Architect will benefit from a supportive team structure that promotes learning and mentorship.
