As a Centre Executive, you will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, primarily focusing on customer engagement and service delivery. Your role is vital in enhancing the overall experience for our clients and ensuring the center meets its operational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Manage day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling and client follow-ups.Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities for the center.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service outcomes.Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggestions for process improvements.Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Monitor client feedback and report trends to management for strategy adjustments.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma is required.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in customer service or a related field is preferable.Proficient in using standard office applications and basic computer software.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Organizational skills with attention to detail.Our Centre Executive role offers excellent opportunities for growth within our organization.
