Join our dynamic team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, as we seek an experienced Human Resources Manager to drive our HR strategies and enhance our employee engagement. This full-time position within a growing company offers a vibrant work environment where your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce and culture of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to fulfill organizational needs.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.Coordinate employee onboarding and training initiatives for new hires, promoting early engagement and retention.Conduct performance management processes and assist in career development planning for employees.Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR operations and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between HR strategies and overall business goals.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment and human resource management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with industry-standard certifications in HR management is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role.In this role, you’ll be part of a diverse team that values collaboration and shared success.
