We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician specializing in UPS and Power Systems to join our dynamic team in Idaho Falls, Idaho. In this full-time role, you will work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes innovation while having a significant impact on maintaining critical power systems that customers rely on.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, maintenance, and repair of UPS and power systems at customer sites.Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support and service to clients.Document service activities and report on project progress and customer feedback.Assist in training clients on the proper use and maintenance of power systems.Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.Required and preferred qualificationsAssociate degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals.Experience with power systems and UPS technology is preferred.Familiarity with tools and software used in electrical diagnostics and repair.1-3 years of related field experience.Possession of industry-standard certifications (e.g., NICET, or equivalent) is a plus.Our team structure consists of skilled professionals who work closely with one another to enhance service delivery while fostering a collaborative environment.
