We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager specializing in B2B Lead Generation to join our dynamic team in Arizona City, Arizona. Your contributions will directly impact our growth trajectory and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective lead generation strategies to enhance our sales pipeline.Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients.Foster and nurture client relationships through effective communication and networking.Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for target customer communications.Analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing product benefits and value proposition.Manage the sales team, providing support, training, and motivational leadership.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales management, particularly in B2B environments (3-5 years preferred).Strong skills in communication and interpersonal relations.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Excellent networking abilities and a track record of successful lead generation efforts.Relevant certifications in sales or marketing (preferred but not required).Our team structure includes a close-knit group of sales professionals working under the guidance of the Sales Director.
