This position not only offers the opportunity to influence our bottom line but also allows you to make a significant impact on our customers' success.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions through consultative selling.Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and improve sales strategies.Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to achieve monthly sales targets.Manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional strategies and product offerings.Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on performance metrics.Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales or a related role with strong consultative selling skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to negotiate effectively and manage challenging customer conversations.Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and market analysis tools.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-related position is preferred.Our Asesor Comercial will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and excellence.
