As a full-time employee, you will thrive in a collaborative and innovative work environment where your expertise will directly impact our operational success and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.Coordinate with various departments to resolve production conflicts and inefficiencies.Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain activities to avoid shortages.Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss project scopes and timelines.Utilize problem-solving skills to address unexpected production challenges effectively.Prepare and present reports on production performance metrics to upper management.Required and Preferred QualificationsDiploma / Degree In Mechanical Stream, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven experience in teamwork and collaboration within a cross-functional environment.Competency in data analysis and proficiency in relevant software tools.Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.Minimum of up to 06 years of experience in SS Foundry production planning In our team-oriented environment, you will have the opportunity to grow your career through various pathways, gaining exposure to different facets of our business processes.
