We are seeking a dedicated Accountant / Audit Assistant to join our dynamic team in the UAE, specifically in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, or Dubai. As an Accountant / Audit Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with various accounting tasks, audits, and client financial management, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of our financial reports.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with daily accounting functions including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.Preparing and filing VAT returns, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations.Conducting audits of financial statements, identifying discrepancies and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.Utilizing MS Excel for data analysis and financial reporting, creating relevant financial models as needed.Supporting the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports for internal stakeholders.Collaborating with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve workflow efficiency.Maintaining organized financial records and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), CA Inter, or part-qualified ACCA.Proficient in core accounting principles and VAT regulations.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.Any experience within an accounting or auditing environment is preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.As part of our company culture, we value integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
