This role has a significant impact on our business as it directly influences client relations and revenue generation through effective negotiation and management of property transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct property assessments and market analyses to determine value and assist clients in making informed decisions.Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal transaction outcomes.Manage property listings, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately reflected in marketing materials.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the real estate market.Monitor market trends and property performance metrics to advise clients effectively.Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and promotional events to attract prospective buyers.Prepare and present reports on property performance, market trends, and other relevant data to management.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is required.A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred.Proficient in real estate software and tools such as MLS, CRM systems, and property management software.Strong negotiation and sales skills; ability to close deals effectively.Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.Industry-standard certifications such as Real Estate License or Realtor Certification is a plus.Our organization employs a team-oriented structure where collaboration and innovation are prized.
