We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in shaping our workplace environment and enhancing employee engagement, ultimately driving our company’s success and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent aligned with organizational needs.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive work environment.Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance.Manage employee relations and address any workplace issues to maintain a healthy workplace culture.Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge.Prepare and analyze HR metrics to measure the success of programs and initiatives.As the HR Manager, you will be involved in various projects focused on improving employee experience and engagement initiatives. You will interact closely with employees at all levels of the organization and work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive HR strategies that align with the company’s goals. Success in this role will be measured by improved employee retention rates, successful recruitment outcomes, and positive employee feedback.Required and Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in a human resources management role, ideally 5+ years.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g. HRIS, ATS).Relevant industry certifications (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.You will be part of a collaborative HR team that thrives on sharing ideas and best practices. This role reports directly to the Director of Human Resources, ensuring a strong alignment with the organization’s HR strategies.
