We are seeking a dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our team in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role offers a collaborative work environment where you will have a direct impact on students' academic journeys, contributing to their future success.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct telephonic counselling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational needs and career aspirations.Assist students in completing their admission applications and provide information on program offerings and institutional policies.Handle incoming student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for recruitment and enrollment processes.Organize and participate in webinars, information sessions, and promotional events to attract new students.Resolve student concerns and issues promptly, applying strong problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions.Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions statistics to track success metrics.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven skills in communication, customer handling, problem-solving, telecalling, and active listening.Experience in an educational or counseling role is preferred, though not required.Familiarity with student information systems or admissions software is a plus.1-3 years of experience in a customer service or counseling role preferred.Our team operates in a supportive environment where collaboration and innovation are encouraged.
