We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling and Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a knack for customer service, creating a positive experience for our clients while achieving sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions tailored to their requirements.Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress within our CRM system.Follow up on leads and referrals that are generated through other sales channels.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for successful customer engagement.Achieve and exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets on a regular basis.Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to demonstrate customer service orientation and dedication to meeting customer needs.Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is preferred, but not mandatory.Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.This role offers ample growth opportunities as we promote internal development and career advancement.
