Project EngineerThe Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting a project management team with the following tasks including but not limited to:Jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.)Manage jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperworkCoordinate deliveries of equipment and materialAssemble estimates and budgetsManage subcontractors and vendorsAttend project meetingsWrite and track purchase orders and subcontractsUpdate project schedulesCraft productivity trackingSkills Required:Ability to communicate clearly and effectivelyProficient with learning and applying technical conceptsAbility to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlinesWillingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentDisplay diplomacy and tact in collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and suppliersProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook)Basic understanding of HVAC systemsCapable of reading and comprehending project specifications and technical drawingsEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
