Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms. Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective candidates to assess their qualifications and interest. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and data entry in our recruitment database. Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop job descriptions and create effective job postings. Engage with candidates throughout the interview process, scheduling interviews and providing timely feedback. Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and share candidate progress. Measure and report on key performance metrics related to recruitment efficiency and candidate engagement. Required and preferred qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates. Proficiency in time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in data entry and familiarity with recruitment software is preferred. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles is an advantage.
