As a key member of our support team, you will directly impact our customers' satisfaction and help ensure seamless computing experiences for our users.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues, primarily focusing on Windows OS and macOS environments.Diagnose and troubleshoot network-related problems, ensuring connectivity and optimal performance for all users.Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software applications, and peripherals.Assist in managing and maintaining inventory of IT assets and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.Document technical support procedures and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects, contributing to system upgrades and new technology deployments.Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to users.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.Strong technical support skills, with the ability to troubleshoot various issues effectively.Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.Proficient in using Windows Operating Systems and macOS.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Previous internship or educational experience in IT support is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Our team structure fosters collaboration with dedicated technical staff and seasoned professionals who are eager to share their knowledge.
