Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored data solutions. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and strategies. Assist in creating predictive models to forecast trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Present analytical findings to management in a clear and concise manner to support strategic discussions. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset. Experience in data visualization tools is a plus. Previous experience in data analysis or a related role is preferred for mid-level positions (2-4 years). Entry-level positions welcome recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework experience.
