Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Utilize various inspection techniques to identify defects or areas for improvement in products and processes. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for quality improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in project teams focused on enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. Support training efforts for new employees regarding quality assurance practices and inspection techniques. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; further education in quality assurance or a related field is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience in quality assurance or inspection techniques is preferred. Familiarity with data analysis tools and quality management standards. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or inspection setting. Industry-standard certifications in quality control (e.g., ISO certification) are a plus.
