Personal Care Aide (PCA) / CaregiverJob Description:Sandra Home Care LLC / U Neek Hands 4U Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support. Duties include personal care assistance, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility support, and medication reminders.Requirements:- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle with insurance- Ability to pass a background check- Current CPR certification & TB test- Strong communication and dependabilitySchedule:Part-time / PRN. Flexible shifts available, including 4-hour visits.Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)- Provide companionship and emotional support- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping- Support mobility, transfers, and safety supervision- Provide medication reminders (non-medical)- Assist with transportation and errands as needed- Observe and report changes in client condition- Complete required care notes and documentationKey Requirements:- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance- Ability to pass a criminal background check- Current CPR certification- Current TB test- Dependable, compassionate, and professional- Strong communication and time-management skillsWork Schedule & Time Zone:Part-time / PRN (as needed)Hours:Flexible scheduling based on client needs, including 4-hour shifts.
