This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills and advance your career in a challenging yet rewarding field.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to ensure optimal performance.Respond to customer inquiries and service requests, providing expert advice and guidance for technical issues.Install, configure, and upgrade equipment and systems as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Document service activities and prepare detailed reports to track and analyze machine performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and implement improvements based on client feedback and operational data.Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay current on industry trends and technologies.Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions for customers on newly installed systems.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics preferred).Proven experience in service engineering or a related technical field.Familiarity with industry-standard certifications relevant to mechanical or electrical engineering.Proficiency in technical software tools and systems related to the engineering industry.At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in field service roles.Our ideal candidate will thrive in a team structure that encourages collaboration and innovation, reporting directly to the Service Manager.
