As a full-time Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and fostering lasting relationships in a fast-paced and energetic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention.Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.Engage in direct sales calls and virtual meetings to present our telecom and VoIP products and solutions.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create targeted promotional materials and campaigns.Provide accurate sales forecasting and report on sales progress to management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.Required and Preferred QualificationsEducation: Any Graduate.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecom or VoIP industry.Strong communication skills with excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desired.A valid driver’s license may be required for client visits.Our team is a dynamic blend of creative and strategic thinkers, working together to elevate our brand in a competitive landscape.
