We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes efficiency, organization, and exceptional customer service. The Virtual Assistant will directly impact our operations by providing essential administrative support and enabling our team to thrive in their functions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to emails and communications promptly, ensuring timely updates to the relevant stakeholders.Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings, contributing to effective time management for the team.Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations while ensuring adherence to budget constraints.Develop and manage content for our social media platforms, helping to enhance our online presence and engagement.Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.Implement organizational systems for both digital and physical files to streamline operations.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media management tools.Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Demonstrated proficiency in time management and problem-solving.Experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or assistant roles is preferred.Our company offers a collaborative and supportive culture that values innovation and growth.
