We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana. As a key member of our customer support operation, you will play an integral role in enhancing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position that offers a stimulating environment within a growing company known for its commitment to excellence in service.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential customers through outbound calls to generate leads and promote our services.Assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using company software.Follow up on leads generated from marketing initiatives and previous customer interactions.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify improvement areas for customer engagement practices.Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to services based on insights gathered.Achieve and exceed monthly targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales conversions.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven customer service experience, preferably in a telecalling role.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.As a Telecaller in our organization, you will be part of a supportive and innovative team focused on achieving success together.
