As a pivotal member of the team, you will significantly impact our clients' financial well-being by providing them with essential insurance solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs through effective communication.Conduct detailed presentations and sales calls to promote life and health insurance products.Prepare and submit applications for various insurance plans while ensuring compliance with company policies.Assist clients in selecting the appropriate coverage options based on their individual circumstances.Monitor, evaluate, and review clients' policies regularly to ensure they have adequate coverage that meets their changing needs.Stay updated on insurance industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to better serve clients.Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure a smooth process for clients.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma required; additional education in Business or Finance is a plus.Strong sales acumen with proven experience in a sales position; prior experience in insurance sales is highly preferred.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with clients.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Industry-standard certifications such as Life Insurance License and Health Insurance License are highly desirable.Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in insurance or a similar field.The team operates in a collaborative structure, encouraging knowledge-sharing and continuous learning. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the marketing department to strategize and implement effective sales promotions.
