As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources functions within our growing company.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.Implement and advise on HR policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance.Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.Coordinate and facilitate training programs and develop resources for employee development.Address employee relations issues and conflicts promptly and professionally.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in recruitment and candidate assessment techniques.Familiarity with HR policies, performance management systems, and training methodologies.Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.0-2 years of HR experience preferred, with internships or prior coordinator roles being advantageous.
