We are seeking a dedicated Google Ad Manager / Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our company prides itself on providing an innovative workplace where your contributions will be recognized and rewarded.Key ResponsibilitiesQualificationsFluent in English specifically in corporate and technology jargon.Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on achieving ROI and lowering conversion costs.Expertise in account setup, campaign setup, optimization, scaling strategies, lead gen forms.Proficiency with keyword generation, negative keyword management, audience targeting, ad creation, ad testing, conversion optimization and budget allocation.Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Highlevel, Hubspot, and Google Analytics.Experience integrating ad platforms with Hubspot, CRMs, Google Tag Manager and data-driven decision-making from conversion data being passed back to campaign managers.Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategies for lead generation and conversions.Creative skills to collaborate on ad copy and visuals (working knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.Bonus: Familiarity with Hubspot for lead tracking.Bonus: Familiarity with IT sector, cyber security, and marketing to CIO, CTO, and CISO audienceBonus: Familiarity with Google Youtube AdsMinimum 4 years of experience in media buying with Google.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement paid media strategies for Google Ads and Local Service AdsSetup and connect client accounts to our campaign management accountsSetup conversion tracking, analytics and CRM integrationsCreate, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals.Conduct in-depth audience research and build targeted ad campaigns to achieve maximum relevance and ROI.Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.Stay updated on the latest platform changes, advertising trends, and competitor strategies.Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time USA (GMT -4 or GMT -5)Time monitoring app requiredIn our vibrant and inclusive company culture, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
