We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager of Operations and Sales for our esteemed hotel in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. As a key player in our management team, your contributions will drive operational excellence and revenue growth, ultimately impacting the satisfaction of our valued guests and the success of our establishment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function smoothly and effectively to meet guest expectations.Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, including promotions, packages, and customer outreach initiatives.Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, promoting a collaborative and engaging work environment.Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, promptly addressing any concerns through exceptional customer service.Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to align operational strategies with budget objectives and financial goals.Prepare and analyze performance reports to assess progress towards sales targets and operational efficiency.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations and sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on employee development.Proficient in operations management, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.Familiarity with hotel management and property management systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Our hotel promotes a culture of growth and support, offering numerous growth opportunities, including internal promotions and professional development programs.
