We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled HPLC Operator to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India. Your expertise will directly influence product quality and compliance, making a significant impact on our customers' health and satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain HPLC equipment to perform analytical testing on various samples.Conduct routine checks and calibration of laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.Document and analyze results according to standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards.Prepare samples and solvents while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any equipment or procedural issues that arise.Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance laboratory efficiency and quality.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Chemistry or related fields.Proven experience with HPLC and an understanding of microbiological and analytical techniques.Strong mechanical skills with the ability to learn and operate laboratory equipment.Excellent analytical skills combined with a keen attention to detail.Experience in a quality assurance environment is highly regarded.Relevant certifications in laboratory or quality control practices are a plus.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in laboratory settings, particularly in pharmaceutical or biotech fields.As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity for professional growth and development through continuous training and mentorship.
