We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our company through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a knack for communication and sales, ready to engage clients and help build strong relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities by researching potential clients and markets.Engage in proactive communication with prospective clients to understand their needs and articulate the value of our products/services.Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies that align with company goals.Present company offerings through meetings and demos, tailoring the approach to meet client requirements.Maintain and update a database of client interactions, sales leads, and opportunities.Analyze market trends and competition to adjust strategies effectively.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Required and Preferred QualificationsAny relevant degree.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven sales experience is preferred but not essential.Ability to use CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role is a plus, but fresh graduates with strong ambitions are encouraged to apply.This position is part of a collaborative team that values open communication and creative problem-solving.
