This full-time position offers an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a significant impact on the company’s success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting and targeting new clients.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients to showcase our product offerings.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that enhance our visibility in the market.Track sales metrics and performance by maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.Provide regular feedback to management on product performance, client concerns, and market trends.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred, with a focus on field sales being a plus.Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel within the assigned sales territory as needed.Experience in a similar industry is desirable but not essential.In this role, you will be part of a supportive and ambitious sales team that values collaboration and knowledge sharing.
