As a key representative of the organization, your efforts will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for future learners, ensuring an impactful contribution to their educational aspirations.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective students and parents through personal consultations, phone calls, and email correspondence, providing information on academic programs and admission processes.Conduct outreach activities, including school visits, college fairs, and workshops, to attract potential applicants and showcase the institution's educational offerings.Assess student applications and provide constructive feedback, maintaining a strong customer service focus to enhance the admissions experience.Develop and implement recruitment strategies, collaborating with the marketing team to produce compelling promotional materials.Maintain accurate records of interactions through the admissions database, ensuring the integrity of the data and streamlined follow-up processes.Participate in team meetings to strategize on improving admissions outreach and enrollment strategies.Track and report on application trends and conversion rates to evaluate success metrics and drive continuous improvement.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.Strong communication, sales, and counseling skills.Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).1-3 years of experience in educational admissions, sales, or related fields.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.In this role, you will collaborate closely with a team of dedicated professionals, reporting to the Admissions Manager. Your efforts will be complemented by regular opportunities for cross-functional collaboration with marketing and student services to ensure a seamless experience for applicants.
