In this position, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by utilizing your expertise in eDiscovery to streamline the litigation process and enhance the efficiency of our legal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute eDiscovery projects, including data collection, processing, and review.Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to understand their requirements and develop effective litigation strategies.Analyze large data sets to identify relevant information and prepare documentation for court proceedings.Provide technical support for software tools used in litigation and eDiscovery.Maintain comprehensive documentation of projects and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Train and mentor junior staff members in eDiscovery practices and litigation support processes.Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of litigation support services.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in eDiscovery, with a strong understanding of legal processes and documentation.Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery software and tools.Relevant certifications, such as Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), are preferred.3-5 years of experience in litigation support or a related field.The structure of our litigation support team fosters collaboration among various specialties in the legal arena, ensuring comprehensive support for all case types.
