We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. As a key player in our sales operations, you will work remotely to support the sales team in achieving their targets and contribute to the overall growth of our company. This full-time position offers an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills and efforts will have a meaningful impact on our success.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage daily sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, ensuring that they align with company standards.Maintain and update sales databases, tracking client interactions and sales progress.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights to help improve team performance.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and new initiatives.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Previous experience in sales support or coordination roles is preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with sales metrics and reporting is a plus.Our Remote Sales Coordinator will be part of a collaborative team structure that emphasizes communication and support.
