This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, helping clients achieve their real estate goals.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market analysis to identify potential real estate opportunities and trends.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.Attend networking events to connect with potential buyers, sellers, and industry professionals.Provide clients with guidance on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.Prepare and present property listings and conduct property viewings with clients.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven sales strategy.Experience in market analysis and understanding of the real estate market.Demonstrated ability in networking and relationship building.Exceptional customer service skills, with a client-first approach.Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with real estate software and tools is a plus.This role operates within a collaborative team structure, enhancing learning and growth.
