This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our clients while fostering a culture of excellence within your team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of sales agents, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve sales targets.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the life insurance portfolio and increase market penetration.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure maximum effectiveness.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and improve customer outreach.Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance and market conditions.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the insurance sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating teams.Familiarity with insurance sales tools and CRM software.At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.Our team operates in a collaborative structure where each member’s contribution is valued and recognized.
