We are a mid-sized firm known for our dynamic work environment, where teamwork and innovation are highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote our products and services.Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information.Record and manage customer interactions and sales data in our CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.Follow up on leads and maintain contact with clients to nurture relationships.Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in sales or tele-calling roles is preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and effectively manage stress.Team work-oriented with a strong attention to detail.Our Tele Caller team consists of dedicated sales professionals who work closely together to achieve common goals.
