We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Finance team in South Windsor, Connecticut. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping financial decisions, optimizing resources, and supporting our overall business objectives within a dynamic and supportive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Develop budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning and operational efficiency.Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data for reporting.Prepare detailed financial reports for upper management to assist in decision-making.Lead and mentor junior finance staff to foster professional growth and excellence.Participate in audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements across the organization.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering is required.Strong leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and guide team members.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively share financial insights.Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex financial scenarios.Proficiency with financial software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, is desirable.At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or a related field.Industry-standard certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.In our Finance team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners such as Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure financial strategies are harmonized with the overall organizational goals.
