We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Key Responsibilities Conducting market research to identify new leads and potential clients. Engaging in cold calling and direct outreach to prospective customers. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor offerings accordingly. Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Attending networking events and helping to promote the company's services and products. Tracking sales metrics and preparing reports for management review. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and convincing skills. Proficiency in cold calling and sales strategy development. Strong analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and sales performance. Experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
