We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Telecaller to join our growing team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our important outreach programs. In this role, you will be essential in connecting with our customers, guiding them through our services, and ensuring high satisfaction levels, making a significant impact on the overall customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about our services.Engage in friendly and professional dialogue, addressing customer inquiries and expectations effectively.Document call details and update customer records accurately in the system.Follow up on leads and assist in closing sales opportunities as needed.Maintain knowledge of product offerings and communicate updates during calls.Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and improve service delivery.Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss performance, strategies, and customer feedback.Required and Preferred QualificationsMinimum education requirement: 12th Grade.Strong communication skills in Hindi and Odiya; proficiency in English is a plus.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a home-based environment.Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills are an advantage.Our team operates in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere where each member is valued for their contributions.
