Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Tekla Project Manager to lead and manage steel detailing and BIM projects for international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Tekla Structures, a solid understanding of AISC and OSHA standards, and proven experience handling projects for US, UK, and Canadian markets. 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞- 𝐡𝐭𝐭𝐩𝐬://𝐰𝐰𝐰.𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧.𝐜𝐨𝐦/𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲/𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end execution of Tekla steel detailing projects.Lead a team of modelers, detailers, and checkers to ensure high-quality deliverables and need to take the ownership of the project.Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet client deadlines.Coordinate with clients, engineers, fabricators, and internal teams for smooth workflow.Ensure compliance with AISC, OSHA, and relevant international codes and standards.Review and approve Tekla models, drawings, and reports before final submission.Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality and profitability.Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback to the team.Support business development by participating in project estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in steel detailing using Tekla Structures.In-depth knowledge of AISC, OSHA, and international design standards.Strong project management, team leadership, and communication skills.Experience working on projects in US, UK, and Canada markets is mandatory.Proficient in project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) is an advantage.Preferred AttributesPMP certification or equivalent project management training.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Commitment to quality and client satisfaction.Build Your Career With UsJoin our team and be part of a culture that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth.Work on global projectsHands-on exposure to BIM, Tekla & advanced toolsMentorship from experienced industry professionalsCompetitive salary and performance rewards
