Your impact in this role will be significant as you help grow our client base and enhance customer satisfaction in a dynamic work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.Effectively communicate information about services and resolve customer queries.Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through persuasive communication and follow-ups.Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve overall outreach efforts.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.Follow up with leads generated from marketing initiatives and convert them into sales.Required and Preferred QualificationsMinimum education requirement: 10th Pass.Strong communication and active listening skills.Experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred.Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Previous experience in telecalling or sales roles (1-2 years) is preferred.The Telecaller position requires working closely with a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring alignment on company goals and strategies.
