You will work in a supportive environment that encourages growth and excellence, playing a pivotal role in driving our mission forward.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and address inquiries.Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.Follow up on leads generated through various channels to maximize conversion rates.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for potential clients.Achieve daily and monthly targets set for call volume and sales conversion.Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing strategies to enhance customer outreach.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.In our company, we foster a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
