The impact of your role will be significant as you help ensure that our engineering teams have the necessary tools and support to succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues with existing engineering tools and workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tool requirements and enhancement opportunities.Develop and maintain documentation for tools and processes.Implement and test new tools and features to improve operational efficiency.Assist in the integration of tools with existing systems and Project Management solutions.Provide training and support to team members on effective tool usage.Monitor success metrics to evaluate tool performance and user satisfaction.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Familiarity with software development and engineering tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of specific engineering tools (e.g. CAD, project management software) is a plus.Experience with tools and software used in engineering environments, typically 2-5 years preferred.Our team is highly collaborative, made up of engineers from various backgrounds who bring a wealth of experience and expertise.
