Our nursery is a well-established facility, known for its high standards of childcare and commitment to the development of both children and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality care and education to children, fostering their personal, social, and emotional development.Plan and implement creative and engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.Build strong relationships with children, parents, and caregivers, ensuring effective communication and support.Monitor and assess children’s progress and prepare reports for parents and management.Collaborate with fellow practitioners to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children.Maintain a clean and organized nursery space, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in childcare.Required and Preferred QualificationsMust have a Level 3 Childcare Qualification.Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.Experience in a nursery or similar childcare setting preferred (1-2 years).Knowledge of EYFS framework and early childhood development principles.Strong communication skills and a friendly, nurturing demeanor.We're excited to present numerous growth opportunities as you develop your career with us.
