We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support a Financial Adviser in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial wellness of clients while working in a supportive and understanding environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and help enhance client experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage daily schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Financial Adviser. Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by handling client requests and follow-ups with professionalism. Maintain and organize files, documents, and client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Adapt to changing priorities and assist with various administrative tasks as needed. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Collaborate with the Financial Adviser on client meetings and presentations, preparing necessary materials. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma required; further education in business administration or finance is a plus. Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent customer service and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills.
